The purpose of the project is to preserve the structural integrity of the wall by initiating repairs to address current deficiencies and conditions to prevent further deterioration ofthe structure. Proposed repair work will include but may not be limited to the following: Partially remove and reinstall or temporarily support all furnishings and finishes the interfere with the work. o Install Crack Gauges at location shown on the plans. o Repair all wall cracks per contract details and specifications. o Install steel angles as shown on the plans and per contract details and specifications. o Repair exposed deteriorated concrete surfaces per contract details and specifications. o Applyjoint filler at locations shown and per contract details and specifications All work listed above and shown on the plans will be performed in accordance to the specifications and be on a lump sum basis inclusive of all equipment, plant, tools, materials, forms, bracing, mixing, delivering, placing,, furnishing, curing and protection, installing miscellaneous materials to be embedded in concrete and for all labor, and incidentals necessary to complete the items in accordance with the specifications, the drawings and as directed by the Engineer.
