Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Please provide a quotation (excluding applicable taxes) for all labour, materials, and equipment needed to complete the parking lot asphalt pavement at main office (85A Aventura Court). The work description includes: Asphalt to grind down 50mm Any areas that are grinded down to sub base to be supplied HL8 Base asphalt before applying HL3 asphalt Remove and dispose off site Supply SS1 Tack glue Repave with 3" hot HL3 Commercial grade asphalt Reinstall speedbumps where requested Clean up of debris Paint parking lines Approximately 23,000 sq. ft. (on-site visit by vendor is required for exact measurement) The work to be performed after regular business hours - preferably on Saturdays The successful party must provide the followings: A copy of a liability insurance policy covering liability and damage coverage for a minimum amount of $2,000,000 inclusive A "Certificate of Clearance" from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) prior to the start of any work Bondable Three references with contact information, name of project, year of project and approximate dollar value of project Year company was established (how long in business) and past experience.
