Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Rosharon, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.

Project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, plant, equipment, materials, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, insurance, and contributions for all services and facilities required for the general construction, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing work, and associated sitework for the Public Safety Building for the City of Iowa Colony located at corner of Iowa Colony Blvd and Karsten Road., Iowa Colony, Texas 77583. PROPOSAL BOND: A Proposal Bond from a bonding company acceptable to the Owner or a certified check in an amount equal to 10% of the greatest amount proposal must accompany each Offeror's proposal. PAYMENT BOND AND PERFORMANCE BOND: A Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum conditioned upon the faithful performance of the Contract will be required.
