Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.
This Contract is for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the Rehabilitation of the Queen Street bridge over Spring Creek within the City of Brampton. The work to be done includes but is not limited to, removal of asphalt and waterproofing system, concrete removal and patch repair to bridge deck, soffit, abutment walls, parapet walls, sidewalk and median. Removing cathodic protection system. Install new pavement and waterproofing system. Concrete repairs to broken curbs, remove sunken areas of concrete pathway beneath the bridge, regrade and replace with new concrete. This Contract shall include, but not be limited to, the following: - Site mobilization, including site safety and security. - Stake-out of existing property line; - Utility location and protection; - Maintaining pedestrian facilities in a safe manner. - Traffic Management and traffic control. - Tree protection; - Supply, install, maintain, and remove temporary site fence. - Grading for positive drainage flow. - Final clean up and restoration; and - Demobilization.
