This storm water program is administered by the Upper Neuse River Basin Association (UNRBA) for the North Carolina Divison of Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ) The County reserves the right to continue work with the selected firm for the development of design documents as well as construction administration. Architectural/Development Firms will be responsible for the following project elements: The work for this project may include but is not necessarily limited to general design, geotechnical investigation, structural design, preparation of plans and specifications for all disciplines of work, administering the bidding and review process, contract administration, and construction inspection. All work shall comply with applicable Federal, State, and local law.
