Currently the access to Hess Creek is limited and undersized in some locations. This project will line the upper portion of the Hess Creek trunk line to reduce I/I influence and extend the life of the pipe. Flow monitoring will also be implemented after the lining to inform the design phase of Hess Creek Phase 2 project downstream. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of July 16, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
