1. GENERAL: The Veterans Health Administration - Member Services (VHA-MS) is seeking to obtain a qualified Contractor who can demonstrate the required capability to install additional CCure 9000 Access Control Security System (ACSS) access points and services at the Waco Campus 4800 Memorial Drive, Building 90, Waco, TX 76711. This requirement also includes installing electronic door hardware, and PIV card readers. The goal of this acquisition is to ensure the security of our facilities by providing PIV card reader access to all building doors listed below in order to provide a safe work environment for staff. 1.1 Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, plant, labor, supplies, tools, equipment, communication devices, transportation, and fuel necessary to perform requirements to the standards defined in this SOW (Statement of Work). 1.2 Background: The Waco VHA MS Call Center has an individual CCure 9000 ACSS at the site. The need is to eliminate the use of keys for door entry and utilize the CCure system. 1.3 Objectives: Obtain a qualified contractor to install the additional door access points to the current CCure 9000 ACSS at Waco, TX. 1.4 Scope: The Contractor shall update a complete CCure 9000 ACSS at Waco, TX, install PIV card readers, electronic door hardware, and relocate the existing CCTV system to room A002. The following is a list of the 35 doors. General Task 1: Install new PIV card readers with proximity read capability and electronic door hardware on designated doors with turn handle hardware. General Task 2: Install new PIV card readers with proximity read capability and electronic door hardware, with electric strike, on designated doors with panic hardware. General Task 3: Provide and install card printing equipment that can create PIV or equal access cards and 500 blank temp cards.
