This Solicitation is for Escambia County Environmental Enforcement Division (Code Enforcement). Quotes Will Be for Demolition, Cleanup of Nuisance Conditions Such as Overgrowth, Trash, and Debris on Private Residential, and/or Commercial Properties Which Have Been Cited for Code Violations. Each Property Will Be Quoted Separately and Awarded Separately-this is Not One Price Project. All Contractors Must Hold Current Business Tax Receipts in Escambia County, Meet All County Insurance Requirements, and Register With the Florida Waste Tire Management Program. Only Licensed Demolition Contractors Are Eligible to Bid on Any Demolition. Reminder: See the Attached Invitation to Bid for Meeting Location. Check Back Often for Potential Additional Requirements, and Information. New Certificates of Insurance Are to Be Provided to the County at Least 30 Days Prior to Coverage Renewals. Failure of the Contractor to Provide the County With Such Renewal Certificates May Be Considered Justification for the County to Terminate This Agreement, Contract or Lease. Vendors Must Have All Required Documents Sent Into the Division of Environmental Enforcement, Summary Abatement Officer, Within 24 Hrs. Of Bid Opening. Failure to Comply With All Requirements Will Be Considered as a Non-responsive Bidder and the Project Will Be Awarded to the Next Qualified Vendor. All Demolitions Listed on the Complete List Require an Approved Licensed Contractor That Has the Required Demolition Insurance
