Site work and new construction of a theater / auditorium in Bedford, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 14,500-square-foot theater / auditorium.
*As of February 2023, a construction manager has been awarded. The City of Bedford, Texas, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 2269, of the Texas Local Government Code, invites the submittal of responses to this RFQ from qualified firms (or teams) interested in providing construction management-at-risk (CMAR) services in connection with the design and construction of the new Performing Arts Facility.
