Insulation work to fill voids in waterproofing bases; Supply and installation of metal flashings and membrane for parapets, counter-parapets, roof bases, etc.; Sheet metal work and seals for ventilation units, plumbing, lifeline bases, roof hatches, lighting or camera bases, and all other elements requiring sealing; Supply and installation of roof flashings. *The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
