Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Shawinigan, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 259,200-square-foot, four-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Reference Number : 1621712 The objective of this project is to construct a new building with a gross area of approximately 24,000 m2, owned by the State, in order to provide new premises in support of certain government programs. This new building will be built on the site of the current CNVR . Pomerleau Inc. is pleased to invite you to bid on lot L0920A_Exterior envelope systems. Description of work (partial): All work for the supply and installation of exterior metal studs, interior metal furring, exterior thermal insulation, air barrier membranes, vapor barrier, exterior gypsum; All exterior wall panel work with or without integrated air barrier and joint tape; All exterior coating system work with plaster applied directly to the substrate; All plywood work under the parapets; All carpentry work such as, but not limited to, parapets, counter-parapets (bottom of walls), roof bases, vents, awning, etc. for a complete roofing work (carpentry and roofing) also including the plywood required in the envelope system to receive the other works (ex: curtain walls). *The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
