As of April 8, 2024, per owner this project was awarded in August 2022 and contract was renewed in August 2023 for another 4 additional one year terms. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed proposals from interested firms (Offeror) to provide water tank engineering services, including inspections and rehab or repair design for all of the City's elevated and ground water storage tanks. The City currently has 12 water storage tanks in operation. The City will also maintain a long-term tank maintenance program through this RFP. This solicitation is being issued as a competitive negotiation for professional services, in accordance with Virginia Code 2.2-4302.2 A.4. All questions must be received no later than July 27, 2022 on or before 12:00pm (noon) local time. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
