NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE, even if you are a current or prior vendor for the District. The contract awarded, if any, under and pursuant to this Solicitation shall supersede any previous contract, bid, or GPO agreement for the products or services described herein. Any incumbent vendor providing products/software/services comparable to the ones requested in this Solicitation must at a minimum provide updated pricing if the vendor wishes to continue providing these to the District.
