The Owner will write, following the information session and visit, a report indicating the name and title of the representative(s) of the Tenderer(s) present, as well as the name of the Tenderer. Each tenderer must keep a distance of two meters from other visitors. At restricted places to visit, the tenderer must have his personal protective equipment. GUARANTEE FOR QUOTATION, EXECUTION OF WORKS AND FOR WAGES, MATERIALS AND SERVICES The Bidder must provide with his Bid a guarantee corresponding to ten percent (10%) of the value of the Bid and must identify as beneficiary the name of the Owner. This guarantee is given by a Financial Institution as defined in section 1 of the General Conditions. The Bid guarantee is given to the Contractor before the signing of the Contract in exchange for a guarantee of execution of the Contract and a guarantee of the obligations of the Contractor for wages, materials and services.
