Additionally, the Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified in Grading; Grassing, Seeding and Sodding; Pavement Marking; and Roadway Signing. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources.
