Labor Commission No. PWP-CL-2023-246 The City of North Las Vegas (City) is requesting bid proposals for the above named Project: SCOPE OF WORK: The Work generally involves the demolition of existing trees and existing structures, relocation of existing fence, and the construction of Craig Ranch Regional Park Multi-Use Fields which includes grading, utilities, pathways, sports fields, irrigation system, playground, restroom, plantings, fencing, signage, and other miscellaneous related items. The Project shall be completed within two hundred and seventy (270) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is: $11,500,000 to $13,510,000.
