A. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the construction of a New Pavilion Facility for Columbus and Franklin County Metro Parks, including all site utility and improvements. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a Single Prime Contract (GC) delivery method. C. Throughout the contract documents various work scopes have been indicated. Not all work scopes have been indicated. D. Throughout the Division 1 specification sections where Contractor is used, it refers to the GC. The Substantial Completion Date for the project is March 17, 2023 The project is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4115. Each bid shall contain the full name and address of each person or company interested in the same and shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of (0 a bid guaranty and contract bond in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.54 and 153.571 naming the Columbus and Franklin County Metropolitan Park District as oblige for the total amount of the Bid, including all add alternates, or (ii) a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, including all add alternates, as prescribed by Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54.
