**As of November 1, 2022, the owner had to rescind that RFP and will be re-issuing it after the first of the year. The City of Cartersville Parks and Recreation Department is seeking competitive Proposals for the construction of dedicated Pickleball Courts at Dellinger Park. This work shall take place at Dellinger Park Tennis Center in front of Court One (1). A site map of Dellinger Park Tennis Center is attached in this RFP document. Also attached is specification sheets for the installation of the Pickleball Courts. Construction will consist of obtaining the proper state and local permits, utilizing the necessary protective measures and the actual installation of the courts including sidewalk, fencing, windscreens, netting and posts. Dellinger Park is located at 100 Pine Grove Road, Cartersville GA 30120. The Tennis Center is located at the front of the Park right past the main entrance to the left. All contractors will be required to provide five (5) references of previously like completed projects with contact information within the State of Georgia, a list of employees and their experience level; a list of equipment to be used; and a list of specialty consultants necessary to complete the project. All contractors should provide a written timeline for completion of the project with the assumed start date of September 12, 2022.
