The Project consists of supplying approximately 8,600 LF of 8-inch ductile iron pipe, and associated fittings, valves and appurtenances as shown on the plans and described in the project manual. The Owner is soliciting bids, per Appalachian Regional Commission program requirements, for the procurement of materials needed for the Owner to construct the Work with their own forces. Prospective Digital Downloads will be available July 18, 2022 from the Issuing Office at www.cannon-cannon.com "Bid Information" or at www.questcdn.com (Project # 8258116) for a non-refundable fee of $40.00 or through Builders Exchange of Tennessee (www.bxtn.org). Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from Cannon & Cannon, Inc. during the hours indicated above, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $100.00 for each set. There will be no refunds of any type. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
