Working plans call for the addition of a stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the construction of a stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; and for paving for a stadium.

As of 9/9/2022, owner has determined the shortlisted CMAR. Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the May 2022 Bond Program that includes the following: additions and renovations to K-12 School (Elementary/Middle/High School), existing gym/lockers/ restroom upgrades, infrastructure improvements (mech./elect./ plumb.), lighting improvements, new pre-engineered metal storage building, bus canopy extension, football stadium concession/ restroom improvements, and new sidewalk/drive paving. The District will be utilizing the two-step process pursuant to Texas Government Code 2269, Subchapter F for this project. Interested firms will first submit qualifications. Upon receipt of the qualifications, the District will review and then prepare a short list of firms to submit proposed fees prior to an interview with the selection committee.
