The Bid Total includes the Emergency Fire Service test, which includes performing Fire Service tests and providing the tests report to the Owner. Also, the Bid will INVOLVE Clean-up and Inspection: The Contractor will be responsible for removing any debris resulting from work on this contract. Question Cutoff Date: 8/5/2022 12:00 PM (ET) The URBAN REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY of Pittsburgh will receive bids for the FURNISHING AND INSTALLATION OF THE ELEVATOR SYSTEM on behalf of and for the sole benefit of Jasmine Nyree Homes, Inc. (3- story building); in the Sheraden neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh, and all work incidental thereto required to complete the furnishing and installation of the hydraulic elevator system. Questions: Questions concerning the bid documents may only be submitted through the IWT bidding platform. Questions will be answered in a timely manner until five (5) business days prior to the due date. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in a dollar amount equal to 5% of the total bid for FURNISHING AND INSTALLATION OF THE ELEVATOR SYSTEM shall be submitted for each bid. Wages paid on this project shall not be less than the prevailing minimum wages determined by the U.S. Department of Labor as set forth in the Contract Documents.
