The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated performance time is 30 calendar days after award of contract and receiving a notice to proceed after required pre-work activities. The estimated construction price range is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and represent as a SDVOSB in SAM representations and certifications to be eligible for award. Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR. All documents attached to this announcement are considered by the FAA to be in final format at this time.
