Delivery Point Various Questions are submitted online No The Rensselaer County Department of Health has received Grant Funding from New York State Office of Community Renewal (OCR) as part of the 2021 NYS Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) through the State Septic System Replacement Fund Program. This funding will be used to replace septic systems of low & moderate income households that are failing, insufficient or old in the Nassau Lake neighborhood. Must be able to provide design drawings, supervise installation, and provide as-built and certification of Onsite Septic Systems for the Nassau Lake Septic System Replacement Program - See Attached RFP for additional Required Services; Location: The County requires the contracted Individual/Firm be within a 50-mile radius from the Main County Office Facility, Rensselaer County Department of Health, located at 1600 Seventh Avenue, Troy, New York 12180. General Requirements - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Onsite Maintenance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
