Expansion of Hickory #24 Residence Unit at the Southeast Arkansas Human Development Center located in Warren, Arkansas for the Arkansas Department of Human Services PR #7102204R - # 1 Center Circle Warren, Arkansas Project consists of the construction of a four-bedroom addition to the existing four bedroom Unit #24. Construction of Work shall include the construction of a single-story 4,133 square foot wood framed expansion of an existing resident unit with exterior cementitious siding and metal roof panels with associated site work and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is in excess of $50,000.00. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 22-9-203, the State encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
