REQUIREMENTS: Bid Bond10%, Payment and Performance Bond 100% each, Warranty Bond, Prevailing Wage, Certified Payroll, DIR Public Works Registration and Sample Construction Agreement Scope of Work: Mobilization / Demobilization will include, but not be limited to the movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to the jobsite; setting up construction staging, equipment storage, maintenance yard, site preparation, and the performance of General Conditions. General Conditions means Subcontractor’s costs and expenses reasonably necessary for supervision of the Work, including, but not limited to, all Subcontractor’s head office and branch office staff and other costs incurred at head office or branch offices, all Subcontractor’s on and off-site supervisory, clerical and other Project support and administration personnel, all Subcontractor’s temporary on-site utilities and facilities, including job trailer, temporary toilets, and barricades, security and guard services, payroll taxes and all insurance, worker’s compensation, markups, fees, taxes, levies, and marketing costs, accounting and administration, warranty reserves, trash removal, telephone and telecopier expenses and other communications costs, trucks, travel, lodging, board, disbursements, fuel, and cleanup, printing, and other legally required Subcontractor cost items. Measurement and Payment: Mobilization / Demobilization will be compensated for by the Lump Sum price and shall not exceed 2% of the Contract Sum. 25% of Mobilization price is the maximum allowed on the first billing and is based on full complement of equipment being mobilized.
