This project shall consist of the Contractor furnishing the tools, labor, equipment, and material to construct a new one million gallon culinary water composite elevated tank with concrete foundation, support column, steel tank, and associated components and appurtenances, including mechanical and site-related piping, HVAC, electrical, communication, lighting, coatings, general parking lot and public right-of-way construction, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents.
