Bidders shall be pre-qualified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be made in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, Requirements for Bidders, Plans, Specifications, and Bidders Proposal, which are on file and available for examination at the Office of the City Clerk in the Municipal Building and are made a part of this notice as fully set forth herein. Two pay items are being revised in the Summary of Pay/Detailed Bid Form, as follows: a. Item #12 Estimated quantity has been revised to read 52 S.F. b. Item #13 Estimated quantity has been revised to read 112.00 L.F. Prequalification Required. Contractor must be listed as Pre-qualified in the area of "CLASS A PAVING" with the City of Oklahoma City.
