Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Mildmay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Municipality of South Bruce is looking to renovate their existing community centre at 24 Vincent Street, Mildmay, Ontario. Project includes renovation of main hall, washrooms, kitchen, and entrance. Contractor will be responsible for a "turn-key" facility including design consultants, demolition, mechanical and electrical work. Tender is Design-Build with the Contractor providing construction drawings suitable for building permit application. All Design Consultants to be supplied by Contractor.
