City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on the following: "John Leslie Tennis Courts Resurfacing" The City of Oxford is seeking bids from qualified contractors to resurface 20 tennis courts at the John Leslie Tennis Center located at 400 Price Street in Oxford, Mississippi. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond not less than 5% of the total bid. For questions regarding website registration and online orders, please contact Plan House Printing at (662) 407-0193. The project will be awarded based on the best-qualified bid and is subject to the approval by the Mayor and Board of Alderman and the Oxford Park Commission Board. The Board of Alderman reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. The Work will be substantially complete within 75 calendar days after receipt of a Notice to Proceed when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 90 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
