Site work for a road / highway in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The City of Durham Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the project described above. This project consists of the installation of a New Traffic Signal 05-1229 (Hillandale Rd & Horton Rd) within the City of Durham. This project shall conform to the North Carolina Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures, January 2018 and any addendum. The completion date is 365 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed. The Contractor shall furnish all materials and equipment needed to install the necessary improvements. Liquidated damages for this project are $500.00 per calendar day for failure to complete this project by the completion date. Liquidated damages for this contract are Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per calendar day
