S The Town of Clay City, IN, in the County of Clay will receive sealed bids for a building foundation. The building is 8 X 10. It has a steel plate that would need to be bolted to the foundation. Bolts need to be set in foundation to line up correctly. The building is on site. 1) A poured concrete foundation only for a 8X10 building. 2) Needs to be 3 foot under ground. With at least 6 inches above ground. At least 6 inches wide. With bolts in place for lining up with the building that will sit on it. (building on site) 3) It needs to be sleeved for a 2 inch water line to come up through the floor into the building. You would not bid on putting a floor in this building. 5) Any questions concerning the requested work shall be directed to Clay City Town Council or the Town Supervisor Jake Tiefel. Award bidder must provide proof of insurance and liability prior to beginning the project. 6) Successful Bidder shall be required to enter into a written contract with the Town of Clay City for public work incorporating provisions. 7) Contractor is responsible for all materials needed to complete this project. Contractor is responsible for cleaning up the area in which he has worked. 8) When project is complete it will be inspected and approved before payment is forwarded to Contractor.
