The City of Powder Springs will be seeking qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors with demonstrated skills and experience in providing construction services for the demo, grading, wall repair and replacement, landscaping, and all other work necessary for the completion of the Pine Bluff Pond Repair at 3719, 3721, 3721, 3725, 3727, and 3729 Lockerbie Lane Powder Springs, GA 30127. ll inquiries and questions shall be submitted to ckastner@croyeng.com on or before 5:00 p.m. Friday August 12, 2022. All communication relating to this proposal, either before or after the opening, must be coordinated through Chad Kastner, at (770) 971-5407 or ckastner@croyeng.com. The City of Powder Springs reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities, informalities, and technicalities, award the contract in the best interest of the City of Powder Springs, or to request re-proposal. The City of Powder Springs reserves the right to accept all or any part of the proposal and to increase or decrease quantities to meet additional or reduced requirements of the City of Powder Springs. The City also reserves the right to cancel the agreement with the successful submitter. The City of Powder Springs will not be obligated to award contracts based solely on price or low proposal. The full cost of this proposal shall be borne by the submitting company.
