Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Demolition and disposal of the existing compressor and dryer building including the compressor building, electrical equipment and associated electrical conduit and wires, associated air piping and concrete foundation. Questions due by 8/19/22 at 5pm EST. Supply and installation of a new compressor and dryer building including, but not limited to, a prefabricated steel building with vents, an exhaust fan, bollards, including all materials, equipment, etc. as shown on the plans and specifications. Installation of a new foundation and equipment support pads, including all materials, equipment, testing, etc. as shown on the plans and specifications.
