Remodeling of a municipal facility in Waverly, Iowa. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,667-square-foot municipal facility.
All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in a separate sealed envelope, in the amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid submitted including alternates. PLEASE NOTE – IF bid security is not provided at time of bid opening, the bid cannot be accepted. The lowest responsive bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Certificates and Policies of Insurance, Labor and Material Payment Bond, Performance Bond and any other documents as stated in the Construction Documents. The Owner reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularity in any proposal – no bid security is automatic disqualification of bid.
