Description of needs/work: Professional services contract in architecture for supervision services during construction for the major repair work of the Olympia swimming pool Financial guarantees and other requirements may be specified in the tender documents. For this call for tenders, the City uses a one-envelope weighting system for the evaluation of tenders. This bid evaluation refers to a weighting and evaluation system that takes into account quality and price factors. When the bids are opened, the names of the bidders who submitted a bid as well as the total price of their bid (taxes included) are publicly mentioned.
