For Modular Water Treatment Plant Shell and Appurtenances Fabrication This project is estimated BETWEEN $250,000 AND $300,000. NOTE: The award is subject to available funding. If bids exceed available funding, ANTHC reserves the right to cancel the solicitation. There will be no pre-bid conference held unless extensive questions arise regarding the solicitation. If one is held, it will not be mandatory. INQUIRIES: Any inquiries questions concerning this project must be received seven (7) calendar days prior to deadline of bid submission to allow for responses without delaying award of a contract. Inquiries received after this time frame may not receive a response. Failure to furnish a bid guarantee / bid bond in the proper form and amount, by the time set for opening of bids, may be cause for rejection of the bid. The bidder shall furnish a bid guarantee / bid bond in the form of a firm commitment, e.g., bid bond supported by good and sufficient surety or sureties acceptable to the ANTHC, postal money order, certified check, cashiers check, irrevocable letter of credit, or, under Treasury Department regulations, certain bonds or notes of the United States. The Contracting Officer will return bid guarantees, other than bid bonds-- The amount of the bid guarantee / bid bond shall be 5% (five percent) of the bid price or $3,000,000 (three million dollars) whichever is less. Supply Bond / Payment and Performance Bonds will not be required for award under this solicitation. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Module Building Shell, complete including skid, floor framing and floor plates, roof framing and interior/exterior plates, interior and exterior wall panel assemblies, and all brackets, stiffeners, miscellaneous welded steel components. Module Access Platform and Stairs with all handrails, complete Foundation and Anchor plates (loose) per Details A1/S2 and A3/S2. Floor Drains / Trench Drains - complete, including sub floor drain piping as shown on Details. A1/M-504 and A3/M-504. Exterior Doors, Frames and Hardware.All floor, wall and ceiling insulation. All exterior wall penetrations (rough-in) - pipe penetrations are located on Mechanical "D" drawings. All ceiling penetrations (rough-in) All interior welded strut for walls and ceiling. All interior and exterior coating systems (paint), including doors and frames. Prefabricated Pump Stands per Detail A3/D-502 Prefabricated pipe spools per Drawing D-504, All exterior and interior ventilation assemblies including arctic hoods and associated duct work. This includes Makeup and Combustion Air Assembly per C1/M-501, Arctic Hoods per C2/M-501, Transfer Air Opening per C3/M-501, Ventilation Fan per A1/M-501 (consider including damper & fan for a complete assembly), Chlorine Room Exhaust per A3/M-501 (wall hood and penetration pipe only). Temporarily install all exterior ductwork for fit-up check, then remove and pack for shipment with module. Beam Penetration (penetration and mounting holes only) per Detail B2/M-504. Provide durable temporary covers for all exterior wall and roof penetrations.
