Webb County is currently accepting sealed Bids to award an annual contract for a plumber to provide labor, parts, and equipment to perform plumbing services throughout Webb County. Term of contract shall be for 12 months starting October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023. Webb County will not evaluate the information provided, or respond to any questions on how to interpret the Texas Ethics Commissions rules. Webb County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive defects and formalities in such bids, and to award a contract to the vendor which it considers has submitted the bid with the overall best value. Webb County reserves the right to select a primary and secondary vendor, and or to select multiple vendors for this contract. Contract Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
