Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. The Vendor shall deliver Free-On-Board (FOB) Destination to the following locations(s): NCDOT Alamance County, Jones Drive, SR 2131, Mebane, NC 27302. Please contact Donna Ball at phone 336-690-6830 24 hours prior to delivery. 49.5 LF - 13'-1" Span x 8'-4" Rise, 0.150" Metal Thickness, Aluminum Structural Plate Pipe Arch With Type 2 Ribs On 27" Centers Fully Welded Inside And Out On a 8 Degree Skew Angle To 36'-0" Wide x 11'- 8" High Aluminum Structural Plate Headwall On Inlet And Outlet Ends Per Attached Drawing. Supplier To Assemble Structure And Headwall In Final Designed Location And Elevation Within One (1) Working Day On Site - Please see the penalty clause listed in Section 4.4 if assembly is greater than one day. LRFD HL93 Loading Conditions: Minimum Cover 2.0' Maximum Cover 11.0' Open Area Of Pipe Arch 86.8 Sq. Ft.
