PCL/ED, a Joint Venture, are the designated Construction Manager (CM) on this project. As such PCL/ED, a Joint Venture, is seeking a cleaning company to provide cleaning services for any cleaning work required for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project as set out in the Invitation to Bid. A complete scope of work is included at Part B of this document, along with Instructions to Bidders at Part A. Refer to Part D - Tender Form for detailed pricing requirements. The successful bidder will provide cleaning services and the hourly rates provided may be used for a variety of cleaning projects including general office cleaning, final project cleaning etc. Parliamentary and other facilities included for this tender are: MSO office complex on front lawn of Centre Block - August 17, 2022, until August 16, 2025. Bantree Warehouse, located at 2001 Bantree Street, Ottawa, ON - September 19, 2022, until August 16, 2025. Please note the start date may shift. Refer to Part A, Item 27, add 27.4. All workers will need to attend a 2-2.5h (approximate) Safety Site Orientation before the work begins. An additional site-specific safety orientation will detail any site-specific requirements.
