Renovation of a day care center in Estacada, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
The project site is located at Childrens Commission Head Start 264 N. Broadway Street, Estacada, OR, 97023. Project Estimate: $240,000.00 Project Schedule: Notice to Proceed, 110 Days to Substantial Completion and 125 Days to Final Completion. The Work will take place in Clackamas County, Oregon. All Questions - Amy Counsil, Project Coordinator: acounsil@clackamas.us Prevailing Wage Rates requirements apply to this Project because the maximum compensation for all Owner-contracted Work is more than $50,000. Contractor and all subcontractors shall comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870, relative to Prevailing Wage Rates. The Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) wage rates and requirements set forth in the following BOLI booklet (and any Clackamas Contract Form B-1 (5/19) listed amendments to that booklet), which are incorporated herein by reference, apply to the Work authorized under this Agreement: PREVAILING WAGE RATES for Public Works Contracts in Oregon, July 1, 2022, which can be downloaded electronically. Contractors are required to pay the higher wage classification between State (BOLI) and Federal (Davis-Bacon) for all Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded projects.
