The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Mixers, Parts and Repair Services for a five-year period commencing on or about September 21, 2022, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the Effective Date which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerks department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. Written Inquiries Due Date 2:00PM, July 27, 2022 wsdprocurement@phoenix.gov In case of default by the Contractor, the City may, by written notice, cancel this contract and repurchase from another source and may recover the excess costs by deduction from an unpaid balance due; collection against the bid and/or performance bond, or a combination of the aforementioned remedies or other remedies as provided by law. The City reserves the right to change dates and/or locations as necessary, and the City does not always hold a Pre-Offer Conference or Site visit. Contractors Default; Liquidated Damages; Reservation of Remedies for Material Breach: If Contractor is required to access any City facilities without an escort, City badging is required
