Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The intention of this RFP is for the successful offeror to provide a complete and fully functional system, in accordance with contract documents, including all trades and services required therein. Bid Package 1 - Digester 3: Work to be completed under this contract will include all items required by the 90% contract documents provided herein, including General Conditions, Bond, Insurance, Site Supervision, Safety Measures, Site Preparation, etc. as well as, all equipment, labor, and materials to complete the following scopes of work: Digester Cleaning: All costs associated with emptying and processing and of contents of Digester #3. It shall include all materials, equipment, labor, tools, and incidentals in accordance with the Contract Documents. El Paso Water will be responsible for haul off and disposal of all processed material.
