The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation clean-up, qualified personnel and supervision to complete the work as identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) provided as attachment to this solicitation. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to: 1. Testing - Test interior Joint Compound for Lead Test exterior Paint for Asbestos - Perform Abatement if present 2. Interior - Remove sheet rock under window. - Refasten studs to bottom plate. - Replace drywall, tape skim and paint to match. 3 Exterior - Remove corner trim. (2-12'). - Repair window sill. - Paint trim and siding that was replaced by others. - Reinstall bottom exterior stair. - Replace lower right top handrail. - Block as necessary to firm up railing and stair treads. - Paint to match Per the general price ranges established in FAR 36.204, the estimated project price is less than $25,000.
