Remove and haul remaining components of an existing ash drag chain conveyor system and fabricate and install a new 85' long ash drag chain conveyor system for the Nottoway Boiler Plant located at 2892 Schutt Road, Burkeville, VA 23922. Contractor shall: Remove and haul remaining components of an existing ash drag chain conveyor system Provide all parts and labor to fabricate an 85' long ash drag chain conveyor: o Drag Chain Conveyor, conveyor to be constructed in approximately 8' sections o Conveyor sections to be bolted o Conveyor sides to be constructed from 10-gauge mild steel with1/4" Ar-400F bolt in side liners o Conveyor bottom to be 1/4 " AR-400 F material o Conveyor covers to be constructed from 10-gauge mild steel, includes(1)inlet & (4) outlets o All chain to be WDH110IH o Include (2) WD110 C6T sprockets, or approved equivalent o Include (1) SEW Eurodrive gearmotor and drive and tail shafts, or approved equivalent o Conveyor to be primed and painted Black. Furnish and install all necessary electrical, wiring, conduits, motor starters, disconnect switches, disconnections, and connections Operationally test at the completion of installation If any prospective bidder has questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents, the prospective bidder should contact the buyer whose name appears on the face of the solicitation no later than five working days before the due date. Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by addendum issued by the buyer. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to delete items prior to making an award.
