The scope of the project includes replacing drainage pipes, road base preparation, roadway construction with #2A coarse aggregate and site stabilization. When bidding, amount bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted. Questions concerning project specifications and requirements should be directed to Foster Schaffer (PGC-Engineering Division) at 717-787-4250, ext. 73322. Any questions concerning completion of an electronic bid should be directed to the PGC Procurements Division at 717- 787-6594. Bidders should visit the site to ascertain the pertinent conditions such as existing road surface conditions, drainage patterns and other working conditions.
