All bids received will be publicly opened at the close of bidding in the Commission Chambers of City Hall. Bid prices will not be read aloud, only the names of the Bidders will be disclosed. All bidders or their representatives are invited to be present. It will be the sole responsibility of the bidders to deliver its proposal to the Purchasing Division on or before the date and time specified. Bids received after the specified date and time will not be considered, and will be returned unopened to the bidder. One original copy and one electronic version (on a USB drive) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope; the bidder's name and address followed by "SEALED BID FOR Bid No. 2022-009, FURNISH AND DELIVER CIBA (ONLY) ZETAG 7878FS40 AND CIBA (ONLY) MAGNAFLOC LT25." address where bid is to be delivered or mailed to, and the date and time of the bid opening. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Proposal Form(s) provided herein. Failure to do so will be cause for bid to be rejected. Proposals having an erasure or correction must be initialed by the bidder in ink. Bids shall be signed in ink; all quotations shall be typewritten and filled in with pen and ink. The Bidder shall guarantee the total bid price for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening.
