The project includes a partial interior renovation of existing office spaces, addition of an accessible restroom, and replacement of exterior windows. Scope includes but is not limited to: Selective Structure Demolition, Miscellaneous Rough Carpentry, Plastic-Laminate-Faced Architectural Cabinets, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Flush Wood Doors, Access Doors & Frames, Sectional Overhead Doors, Aluminum-Framed Entrances & Storefronts, Glazed Aluminum Curtain Walls, Door Hardware, Glazing, Non-Structural Metal Framing, Gypsum Board, Tiling, Acoustical Panel Ceilings, Resilient Base and Accessories, Resilient Tile Flooring, Tile Carpeting, Wall Coverings, Interior Painting, Panel Signage, Wall and Door Protection, Toile, Bath and Laundry Accessories, Equipment, Roller Window Shades, Si8mulated Stone Countertops, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications and Electronic Safety & Security. In order to submit a bid, attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is required. Payments will be made after items or services have been received in accordance with award. Smith County reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any bid received and to waive any irregularities or formalities in the best interest of Smith County. Bid Bond is required. Smith County Commissioners Court reserves the right to make all final decisions.
