The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide ongoing maintenance for all existing and future maintenance districts within the City of Eastvale (City); within the City right of way; and, within future raised medians and parkways expected to be available for maintenance in approximately one year. The future locations will be added on a square foot basis as they become available. The maintenance for this project is funded by various public funds including a special assessment to the property owners and public works maintenance funds. Therefore, it is imperative that special attention is given to the maintenance of these projects and the plant material remains thriving and in excellent condition. Elements to be maintained may include: o Parkway Landscape Maintenance o Median Landscape Maintenance o Turf Landscape Maintenance o Multi-Purpose Trail Maintenance o Fence Maintenance o Trees o Street right of way o Irrigation Maintenance/ Water Management o Park area maintenance including lawn, shrubs and trails Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 07/27/2022 5:00 PM (PDT) Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 0.00% The Period of Performance shall be for three (3) years starting September 5, 2022, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year increments, for a total of five (5) years, with no obligation by the City to purchase any specified amount of services.
