Providing all labor, materials, and transportation and disposal facilities necessary for the Removal, Transportation and Disposal of Grit and Screenings for a two (2) year period from the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority. Bidder is solely responsible for the timely delivery of the bid proposal and no bids shall be considered which are presented after the public call for receipt of bids. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent of the bid, but in no case, to exceed $20,000.00 Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Each bidder shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the bid enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name of the bidder and clearly labeled Bid for Removal, Transportation and Disposal of Grit and Screenings on the outside of the envelope. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Specifications and instructions to bidders can also be downloaded directly from the Authoritys electronically. Any Addenda will be issued on the website and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A11-23(c)(1).
