Renovation of a medical facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Question Deadline 01/23/2025 at 1:00 PM ET The Work consists of a new linear accelerator equipment installation in existing tomography vault. Interior selective demolition. Cast-in-place concrete and modular lead vault shielding upgrades. Vault finishes, casework, accessories, equipment mounting and interfaces. Control area reconfiguration including millwork and finishes. Mechanical, electrical and communications services to vault and control area and to new linear accelerator equipment. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders, General Conditions and Special Conditions. The University of Kentucky, Construction Procurement Section, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served. 2400070, 24000971.00
